All prices are quoted in euros (€) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are outlined in each client’s proposal or invoice. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services or additional charges as permitted under Dutch law.

6. Project Execution & Responsibility

Design Expression works collaboratively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality execution. However, we are not responsible for delays, cost variations, or workmanship issues caused by third parties or factors beyond our control (e.g., supply shortages, contractor delays, or force majeure events).

All design concepts and material selections are recommendations. Final implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client or appointed contractor.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Design Expression shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or project outcomes.
Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information and project details. All shared data and project information will be handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
